Caring For Your Handmade Jewellery
When you receive your Nisha Halo jewellery, it will come in its highest quality finish. Over time, scratches can occur through natural wear and tear - this often adds to a piece and is part of its story with you.
However, if you would prefer a professional repolish for a jewellery item from Nisha Halo, please feel free to get in touch with a photograph of the jewellery. There is a small charge for the repolishing service and to cover postal costs. Unfortunately, I am unable to repair or adjust items of jewellery that have not been purchased from Nisha Halo.
Please also get in touch if you have damaged a Nisha Halo item and would like a repair, or replacement for a lost earring or broken chain. Please send clear photographs of the jewellery in your email so it can be assessed whether a repair can be done. You will be provided with a quote for any work or replacement cost and to cover postal costs.
If you are sending jewellery back for a repolish or repair within the UK, please use a secure, trackable service; Nisha Halo Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged, nor return postage costs, these responsibilities remain with the customer. If you are sending the item from overseas, please complete a customs declaration form if required and mark the package as ‘Returned Item’ so that no added customs fees are incurred. If the package is not marked and a custom fee is incurred, this cost will remain with the customer.
I aim to return polished and repaired jewellery within two weeks from the date when I have received it. All costs must be settled before the jewellery is returned back to you.
